Bruce Willis was typecast for a few years there, during which he got 'macho with a sneer' down pat. The onetime Jersey kid's earliest claim to fame was trading barbs with co-star Cybil Shepherd on TV's Moonlighting. Willis soon moved up to the big screen, where he found a home as a cop with an attitude in the Die Hard series. Between shoot-outs, Willis had a decade-plus-long, seemingly close relationship with actress Demi Moore, who is the mother of Willis's three three children. Willis and Moore divorced in 2000, but Willis's film career is still going strong. From saving the world in blockbuster Armageddon to flirting with the 'other side' in '99's surprise hit The Sixth Sense, he is proving himself to be an actor with some range, one who is improving as he matures. He tends to be at his best when he's serving others, which may help explain his relationship with the decidedly more temperamental Moore. With his Sun in the Seventh House of Partnership, Bruce places a premium on relationships; it's likely that his separation and divorce from Demi hit him hard.
