Libra parent - Capricorn child

Although three signs apart, which means natural difficulty, both these signs are cardinal signs (ie, both parent and child like to start things off) so this can be a point of compatibility between you. Capricorn is an earth sign and is naturally quiet and reserved as a child. He is not naturally creative and enjoys more learning about things that call for no personal expression - so he will probably exceed more in science and maths than in the humanities. The Libra parent finds the seriousness and introversion of this child hard to deal with. The Capricorn child needs to be encouraged and will respond well to praise.

Libra parent - Aquarius child

Both signs are part of the air element so both are concerned with ideas and words. These signs are very compatible with each other. The Libra parent delights in their happy, chatty young child, and enjoys him even more as the child gets older and the world of ideas opens up for him. The Aquarius child will be very strong-willed and independent and this can be a little difficult for the Libra parent, who loves to do things with others. They might find it a bit hard to understand when the little Aquarian wants to do things by himself. Both will share a love of music, and going to musicals would, for example, stimulate the Libra's love of beauty and the Aquarius' love of music and group attendance. Libra parent - Pisces child

A Pisces child will always blend in with his parents. The Libra parent can bring this child anywhere. He will mix with your friends and enjoy the things that Librans do. The Pisces energy is more re-active than active. This child will absorb the emotional energy around him and will take on that energy as his own. Here lies the similarity between the child and their Libra parent . You will need to be more directed and decisive with this child or else nothing will ever be done. The Libra parent (air sign) can give objective detachment to Piscean feelings and help the child to understand his feelings better.
